Mark used a Heidelberg CD 102 6 color press with aqueous coating to print 600,000 sheets of paper weighing 80,000 pounds for a 1128 page book. The printing process took 300 hours and additional folding, stitching, and binding was needed, taking over 100 hours and 80 hours respectively. Over 7,500 copies of the book were bound by a book binder over 2 weeks of production.
