This document provides information on various roles and departments at the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel and Executive Meeting Center. It describes the responsibilities of the night audit who reviews reports from the front desk and handles overnight operations. Bell staff assist guests with luggage and serve as valets. The Rickenbacker is the on-site restaurant serving breakfast and dinner buffets. Security performs safety checks overnight and assists other departments. 2. Night Audit
In charge of reviewing all the
reports preformed throughout
the day by Front Desk Agents,
making the necessary changes,
then going over them with
management in the morning.
Also preforms any Front Desk
responsibilities such as arrivals
or departures throughout the
night. Along with any phone
calls or issues that arise.

3. Bell Staff
Assisting guests with their
luggage to and from their
rooms upon check-outs or
room-moves. They also serve
as Valet at our property, and
Security throughout the day.

4. The
RICKENBAKER
Sheraton’s restaurant on
property that serves a
Breakfast Buffet from 6AM-
11AM and a Dinner Buffet
from 6PM-11PM.
They’re open until 2AM
however, working on-
command with Room Service.

5. Security
Preforms a number of
security checks throughout
the 10 floors, 4 times a night.
They’re only scheduled from
11PM-7AM. During this time,
they also assist the Front Desk
and the Bell Staff with any
guest issues or requests.

 Avg. Rate per day (3PM-11AM) is $199.00 (+13% TAX)
