This poem discusses the relationship between men and women that God intended to be wonderful like flowers in a garden. However, the relationship between husband and wife has issues, with the man unable to properly understand his role. As a result, the loving relationship turns sour and conflict arises even within the home, with each person left to fend for themselves.
