THE BASIC IDEA With the primary aim of defending a strong developing social group, and flagship organizational and coordinating group of entities that make up the c. e. e. r, it is proposed to establish a management company and supervisory coordination, in the form of a HOLDING company or a venture capital FUND, or otherwise. ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE To serve the above purpose, the HOLDING may establish controlled dependent companies (subsidiaries or affiliates), which will control organizational, administrative, and has a contract with them for the provision of specialised services to members of the PPER, groups and associations of ROMA. PURPOSE In response to the imperative need to improve the living conditions of the ROMA, the HOLDING will prepare a study which will implement as a first priority, in order to search through the international banking system, the financing of the first 1000 dwellings which will apply to selected borrowers, with a view to building on the Backs of Stilidas settlement. For this purpose, the PEER will instruct the company seeking mediation, economically idanikoterwn conditions and terms, finding resources, subsequent maintenance (facility management) and project management of the entire investment.
