This document contains the results of a survey about people's use of the internet to access health information. It includes data from 120 respondents on whether they have used the internet for health information, how often they do so, how many hours they spend searching for medical information online per day, whether they have followed up with their doctor about an online diagnosis, if they have made a medical decision based on an online symptom checker, the most important criteria for choosing a health website, and respondents' ages.
