•Re-brand 5 major hospitals in a 16 week turnaround in the West Chester and Bronx
areas of New York
•With the customer being driven by timeline, it has been decided that a project manager
would be based in NYC so there is constant presence when needed
•We are providing all inclusive services ranging from technical surveys into permitting,
production and finishing up with onsite management and installation
•The customer also requires a one week internal punch list, so when the campuses are
turned over they will all be 100% punch free
•Additionally, Montefiore is introducing an entire internal sign program that Icon is
manufacturing prototype signs
