This document summarizes efforts by Amanda Klone and Lindsay Wyatt to improve worker satisfaction and morale at the Lewis Clark State College Library. They started some initiatives but faced challenges in implementation. After research and adjustments, they found strategies that worked well, such as updating the workspace, recognizing workers, and fostering a sense of community. Survey results showed that these changes made workers feel appreciated and view their job positively, with one describing the environment as like being part of a big family.
