This document summarizes the development of KIWEST, a survey tool for assessing knowledge-intensive work environments. It went through several stages of development: an initial literature review and qualitative interviews led to version 0.7, surveys of employees at a university and a technical university informed versions 0.9 and 1.0. KIWEST 1.0 assesses job demands, resources, experiences, and consequences based on the Job Demands-Resources model. Testing showed it had satisfactory validity and reliability. Feedback indicated it works well as a developmental tool when organizations are engaged in the process. The authors aim to continuously improve KIWEST based on practical use and research.

Nettundervisning for campusstudenter ved NTNU: et pilotprosjektheidibroseth
Høsten 2014 prøvde Institutt for språk og litteratur ved NTNU ut et nettbasert undervisningsopplegg i retorikk for campusstudenter. Bakgrunnen var at instituttet tidligere hadde fått dårlig tilbakemeldinger på undervisningsopplegget i retorikk; for lite tid, for høyt tempo og for vanskelig nivå på forelesningene, for lite studentaktivitet. Kanskje kunne nettundervisning løse en del av disse utfordringene?
Om hvordan ganske enkle grep kan øke elevenes engasjement i egen læring, og om hvordan IKT kan støtte slike prosesser. Samarbeid, fokus på oppstart og prosess samt egenvurdering er viktig e stikkord.
De vil vise hvordan elever kan samarbeide om et produkt der de utnytter flere digitale verktøy og publiserer muntlige, skriftlige og sammensatte tekster. Sluttproduktet skal være en wiki. Den kan videre fungere som en plattform for utveksling av ideer og tanker med elever i målspråklandet (eTwinning).
