5. Key Highlights
Higher refunds issued in January impacted net collections, with refunds
surging to ₹23,853 crore, compared to ₹19,255 crore in January 2024.
Gross Import GST revenues rose 20% YoY to ₹48,382 lakh crore, while
Domestic GST grew 10% YoY to ₹1,47,124 crore.
Gross GST revenue for January 2025 increased 12.3% YoY to ₹1.96 lakh crore,
with net collections at ₹1.71 lakh crore.
