Between March and September, a medical clinic saw 5,250 total patient visits, with 230 patients suspected to have COVID-19, though many potential cases were not tested during the first part of that period due to testing restrictions. From March 21st to October 3rd, 54 volunteer greeters contributed 687 hours over 239 shifts to screen patients, filling 93.7% of needed shifts. The greeters played a key role in the clinic's COVID-19 response efforts.
