Here’s a step by step procedure

just for you – FREE!!!

First, decide what browser to choose.

For example, we chose

In the URL, you type this
www.bitly.com.

Then, click here.

This webpage appears.

Next, create an account. Click here.

You will be directed here.

You can sign up with Facebook.

with Twitter,

or with your Email details.

For this, we’ll use email details.

Just fill up this portion here.

Input your Username,

Email Address here.

Provide a Password,

Re‐enter your Password here.

It will look like this.

Then click “Create Account” here.

Bitly homepage appears like this.

Congratulations, you now have a bitly
account!

Now, let us explore the site.

Every time I log in, I see this page.

Then, I will click this tab here.

Notice this long URL here?

This is the long URL I want to shorten.

Let’s zoom in.

Double click the URL

Press Ctrl + C to copy it.

Now go back to the bitly tab.

You can also customize bitlinks here.

Use short & concise words
like this.

Then click “Save”.
