An unarmed black man was arrested and killed by police for allegedly passing a counterfeit bill, while sitting in broad daylight. In contrast, a white man who killed two people, kidnapped someone, was armed with weapons during a multi-state manhunt lasting 5 days was captured and arrested at night without being killed. The document questions why the training for police officers in Minneapolis led to such different treatment and outcomes based on race, and calls for standardized training for all law enforcement.

a bag of weapons, has led law enforcement on a multi

late at night, without a officer kneeling down on his
neck and causing his death.
All law enforcements need to be taught the same
