he was completing his undergraduate coursework at Louisiana State University.
He has demonstrated a keen sense of responsibility and maturity. He performed all assigned duties in a
diligent, thorough manner. More importantly, Spencer has a sincere desire to serve in the most
challenging positions offered by our Army.
