It is time to get out again!
For all of us, regardless where we are in the World, it is a new beginning, and we want to re-start travelling
physically by inviting you to the most intriguing among our GEO-MAIEUTICAL JOURNEYS: GARFAGNANA,
where Reality Meets Dreams.
During this fourth edition of the journey to Garfagnana, you will be visiting the Valley of Existence and
experience The River of Life, getting “inside” the spirit of Places and closer to Yourself and Others
The group will be hosted in the magnificent Villa Tortelli, a rural house in Camporgiano and on September
4th you will enter the magic world of Emotional Geography by playing 3 River Games: Pack your Luggage,
Map out your Emotions and Overground.
On Sunday September 5th , you will find yourself in the Night of Times (EARTH) by walking into the heart of
wild canyon of Botri.
On Monday, ROOTS will be evoked by experiencing the cold and pristine waters of the Sources of The
Serchio River.
The unique scenario of Tanaborda and the Vagli area will be the setting of the EMOTIONS’ day.
The stage LIFE will be a full day at the Man of the River’s Place: river walking, outdoor activities, a barbecue
of the shores of the Serchio River, two River Games RIVER64 and GEOGRAPHER OF EMOTIONS. Since
life is all about shadows and lights, after a day in the light of the sun you deserve a night excursion to further
empower your senses…
The next day is named PHILOSOPHY: you, and the other travelers, will find your way to emotional places
from where you will observe Yourself and the World from a distance to then follow, that same afternoon, the
rhythms of your emotions by watching an incomparable acrobatic dance in the tiny village of La Sambuca.
A very early morning excursion to the magnificent Pania of Corfino will connect travellers to the Sea
of FREEDOM. In the afternoon of Friday 10th each traveler will share their storytelling of the Journey and a
dinner will be prepared by the group!
Marco Bertagni, CEO of Bertagni Consulting srl, founder of The River of Life project and of the international
network EMME, will mentor the group with the support of 4 Geographers of Emotions: Antonio Mazzei, alias
Man of the River, Riccardo Tortelli, guide and host, Giuseppe Bertoli, chef and Ilaria Borgioli, the
Acrobatic Dancer who has performed and moved hundreds of travelers from all over the world during
previous geo-maieutical journeys.
Is there a better way to re-start living outdoors after such a complex period for the whole humanity?

This fee includes 7 nights in Villa Tortelli, a beautiful rural house of
Camporgiano in double room, local transportations, 4
lunches/dinners, ALL the Geo-Emotional activities: games,
excursions etc.). Note you may be sharing a room with someone
you don't know, however you will be matched to a same sex
roomate.
Alternatively, if you want to have a single occupancy at Villa
Tortelli the fee is 1.100 euro* (£950).
-If you find your own accommodation in which to stay in
Garfagnana, the fee is 600 euro* (£520)
We can only accomodate 8 people on a shared room basis at the
Villa Tortelli and there are currently just 6 places left so booking
now is recommended.

itinerary via a pdf download which also contains the address of
the Villa in San Romano.
Note this booking does not include flights or transportation to get
you to Garfagnana, only excursion transportation during your
holiday.
