This report attempts to analyze AkdemIstanbul LTD by casting light at its strengths, weaknesses,
opportunities, and threats facing it. Upon completing the analysis, one of the weaknesses will be
systematically and logically dissected in order to come up with an action plan that may eliminate
or mitigate the weakness and the possibly to turn it into an opportunity. The report will start with
the description where a brief introduction will be provided about the institution, its main
characteristics within the framework of SWOT and presenting the weakness that will be
analyzed. The section of discussion will takcle a weakness that will undergo an in-depth
problem-solving procedures by deploying reliable and valid methods based on the available
primary and secondary research and striving on to turn it from burden into either a strength or
an opportunity. The conclusion will sum up the outcomes attained so far by giving a succinct
synopsis of what was mentioned. In the recommendations section, we will provide an action
plan to follow up based on the outcomes that we have reached and we will propose some
policies and measures to be taken in order for that to take effect practically.

Chapter 18, The Moksha Sannyasa Yoga, is the final chapter of Bhagavad Gita. Here Lord Krishna concludes his advise to Arjuna, & talks about Renunciation & Liberation. His firm opinion of Sannyasa is that you should renounce your attachments to actions & continue to do all your duties without attachment, & as offerings to the Lord. He talks about activities, their origin, classification, & the real doer of karma.. He explains the three types of happiness, the duties of the four types of people, the three types of knowledge, karma, the doer, intellect,& will. Finally He advises Arjuna to do his duty without attachment, but with concentration, while remembering God. "Leave all your duties & obligations & take shelter in Me, I shall redeem you from all your obligations'- the Ultimate Advice of the Lord.
