Introduction
The website of P.S.P to the creation and development of large-scale
events such as festivals, wedding ceremonies, birthday parties, and
formal gatherings is known as event management. People looking for
or booking online event halls, as well as those interested in viewing
packages and time slots for halls. They will be able to obtain all of
this data via this approach.
To be successful in the event management business, the user must
have a strong network of service provider contacts. These contacts
are essentially service providers who can be rapidly called to take
part in any particular event. To make an event a success, the event
manager requires a variety of services such as sound systems,
lighting, catering services, decoration, and so on.
Goals/Objectives
The system stores, maintains, and retrieves data from its database
with great efficiency, and it can be used for further research. This
system sends out the most recent notifications to its users. This is a
time-saving activity. The data is organized and accessible to all event
planners. Historical data in the database is simple to maintain.
Participants can sign up for any upcoming event from any location.
The event manager can keep track of the attendees.

• In the current system, the Event Companies perform all
management tasks manually
• All payment information is kept on paper. On any given event,
there is no procedure in place to check past expenditure.
• To do so, they must check the payment register, which is a time-
consuming and exhausting operation.
• Venue: First client select the venue, if venue is available
then procced to the type of event
• Vendor: Site provides different type of vendors. If the
client want specific vendors then site also provides that
• Shop: If client want to shop from the site they can easily
do that
