The FTC600 FM transm�tter �s des�gned to prov�de more rel�able FM transm�tters us�ng the LDMOS power
trans�stor for the FM broadcast market.
The ampl�f�er uses only 1 p�ece BLF574 extremely rugged LDMOS power trans�stor from NXP.
LDMOS technology allows h�gher performance compared to the trad�t�onal MOSFET trans�stors:
• H�gher eff�c�ency (78%).
• Excellent thermal stab�l�ty
Smaller d�mens�ons at the same RF output power.
