  • #10 Le budget 2023 est à l’équilibre et reflette, entre autres, l'impact de la crise. Revenus: - Une augmentation du nombre de membres et de l'évolution positive de la taille de ceux-ci - Une augmentation des revenus dus à l'engagement d'une nouvelle personne en Sales àpd janvier ainsi que les rentrées plus diversifiées de FIRe Innovation Hub - Une légère augmentation des subsides concernant les voyages de représentation à l'étranger Coûts: - l'augmentation des coûts d'organisation d'événements (catering, etc) - d'investissements supplémentaires en communication (création de contenus pour augmenter la visibilité des événements et de l'assocation), - le payement d'un loyer à SilverSquare - l'engagement d'une personne supplémentaire en sales et l'indexation des salaires.
  • #11 Rentrées: Le budget a été élaboré en comptant sur l'engagement d'une personne à temps plein qui aurait du commencer en avril avec un rôle de Sales Manager. L'incapacité à recruter le bon profil a limité les ventes et donc les rentrées. L'acceleration week, ses rentrées en partenariats et ticketing ainsi que ses dépenses, ont été reportées à l'année suivante. Les événements ont attiré moins de monde que dans le passé, la communication a été identifiée comme l'un des problèmes principaux. Coûts: Budgets de marketing non utilisés, ce qui a beaucoup diminué les general expenditures. Effet contre-balancé car nous avons commencé à payer un loyer à Silversquare àpd Juillet 2022, couts imprévus. Une augmentation des salaires a été causée par la forte indexation, l'obtention d'un bonus sur résultat, le tout compensé par le salaire non payé du à l'incapacité à recruter (recrutement qui avait été budgetisé). L'objectif final de terminer l'année avec un résultat positif a été atteint
