汐留にあるアド・ミュージアムで「世界を幸せにする広告」の企画イベント「スタートアップ for Good」に出場したときのスライドです。このイベントは「社会課題に取り組む社会起業家が世の中をより良くする新たな仕組みや活動についてプレゼン形式で発表。その内容にぴったりなキャッチコピーを電通、博報堂のコピーライターが、大喜利形式で紹介」という企画。
マドレボニータでは、「Live Your Life 」や「美しい母がふえれば世界はもっとよくなる」といったキャッチフレーズで多くの人からの共感を頂いてきましたが、その一方で、「意識高い系お母さんの自分磨き」と揶揄されたり、「敷居が高い」とも言われ続けて来ました。私たちは、産後ケアは「どんな属性の人にも必要」で「すべての人に産後ケア」を目指して活動しています。そんな姿勢が伝わるコピーが欲しい、というお願いをしました。
以下、スライドに沿ってのプレゼンテーションのスクリプトです。
1.こんにちは、NPO法人マドレボニータです。産後から世界をかえる、そんな私たちのとりくみをご紹介します。
2.マドレボニータはスペイン語で美しい母という意味です。
3.教室という現場で、運動と、対話をとおして、母親たちをエンパワーしています。全国で３万５千人が参加しました。
4.度々報じられる赤ちゃんの虐待の事件。そのたびに、マドレボニータに参加した母たちは言います。
5.「このお母さんがマドレボニータに来られていたら…」
6.この家族が、産後ケアを知っていたら
7.産後うつ、夫婦の不和、乳児虐待、といった問題は、産後から始まっています。
8.原因は、孤独と
9.体力の問題です。
10.それを解決するために、私たちは、教室という現場で、運動と、対話をとおして、母親たちをエンパワーしてきました。
11.私自身は18年前にこういった現実を知らずに出産しました。
12.サポートが必要なのに、それがない日本。これでは少子化になるはずだと思いました。
13.そのころ、私は大学院で運動生理学を学んでいました、その知識と自分自身の経験と身体を実験台にして、産後に特化した教室を開発しました。
当時は１つしかなかった教室でしたが、いまでは全国60カ所で開催しています。
14.自分自身が産後を経験してみて気付いたこと。それは、日本の母子保健には「産後」という大きな「死角」があることです。妊娠から出産までは手厚いケア。新生児死亡率が最も低い国として日本の母子保健は世界的にも評価されてきました。しかし、出産したあとには、そのケアは、乳児に集中してしまい、母体の健康は自己責任にまかされています。
15.問題は、それだけではなく、このような構造に誰も気付かず、本人も周囲も、産後に起きることを知らずに、出産してしまうことです。
16.これは女性だけの問題ではありません。男性も悩んでいます。
17.そして、後悔しています。事前に心構えができず、適切なサポートができなかったことを。
18.健やかに子育てをスタートさせるためには、ステージごとに必要なことがあります。
19.しかし、いまの日本社会では、ほとんどの人が知識を持たずに出産してしまいます。
20.適切な時期に適切なケアができれば、子育てのスタートがハッピーになります。
それには、何が必要でしょうか？そこで私たちはさらに問題の構造を分析しました。
21.そこには、情報、価値観、行動という３つのステップがあることがわかりました。情報と行動の間に、価値観というハードルがあることがわかりました。私たちが直面している価値観の壁を象徴するフレーズはこちらです。
22.「マドレボニータは意識高い系のお母さんの自分磨きですよね」
23.キラキラしたママたちばかりが集まっていて、敷居が高い、という声も。
24.しかし、出産が身体にダメージを与えるのは、すべての人に共通しています。産後の特殊な精神状態もケアが必要なのは、どんな属性の人にとっても同じです。
25.そのことを、すべての人が理解し、支えることができるような社会を目指したい。
