1. Introduction:
The present report is an abstract of feasibility study of construction of textile factories in the field of
production of types of cotton yarn and nonwoven padding with the aim of evaluation of market condition
emphasizing export markets and analysis of its technical, financial and economical aspects. For this
reason we have tried that with throughout study of supply and demand in the local market and predicting
the future procedures, to present a comprehensive picture of past, present and future condition of market
of each of the products in the country. On other hand these studies had special consideration on the
global and local markets in such a manner that the market structure of each of these two products (cotton
yarn and tissue less padding) and the procedure of commercial transactions throughout the world, middle
east region and common-wealth countries was studied as the most accessible markets of Iran accurately
and with details, and to identify and making priority the target market in the field of export of products.

padding by Ideal Gostar Samin Ris Textile Company on a plot of land with an area of 26200 Sqm located
at Caspian Industrial Town in the city of Abyek, province of Ghazvin.

Construction of textile factories, development and utilization from spinning units in the field of
production of types of cotton yarn, natural fibers and synthetic fibers in various sizes, knitting, dyeing,
preparation and procurement of raw-materials, different devise, parts and machineries from inside and
outside the country, export of products in raw form, semi-produced form, produced form and to perform
all affairs affiliated to textile industries, to perform all commercial activities including import, export and
non-pyramid and non-network marketing, release of goods, conclusion of contract with local and foreign
real and legal entities including governmental and province, to participate in local and foreign tenders
and bids, to participate in local and foreign fairs, to collect and grant agency from real and legal
institutions and persons inside and outside the country, to collection loan, facilities and credits in foreign

2. Goals of Execution:
o To establishment an industrial unit for the production of step of cotton yarns with high
quality.
o To produce and export cotton yarn, unwoven, chemical, needle type and finishing
paddings to Asian and European country.
o To create employment on direct basis for 194 persons
o Expansion of durable cotton cultivation in the country.
Project for the construction of factory for producing spinning yarns and nonwoven padding with an
investment equal to 52.79 million USD (including fixed investment, expenses predicted from investment,
capital in circulation and lateral expenses of facilities) will be constructed during the period of two years.
