2. TOWEL CRUNCHES
1. Lay a towel flat and stand on it.
2. Crunch your toes pulling the towel towards you with your toes.
3. Repeat, feel the muscles in your feet contract
4. Don’t forget to maintain correct posture whilst doing this
exercise.
3. CALF STRETCH
1. Stand with your toes up against a wall keeping your heel on the
floor.
2. Lean forward until you feel a stretch on the back of your lower
leg (calf).
4. CALF STRETCH (2)
1. Stand with your toes on a step and your
heels hanging off the edge.
2. Drop your heel towards the floor until you
feel a stretch on back of your lower leg.
5. CALF STRETCH ADVANCED
1. Stretch one at a time for a deeper
stretch!
2. Stand flat on one foot for support, it
should now be easier to control the depth
of the stretch.
3. Repeat both on both feet.
