Here’s an invitation to join us  we’ve been serving the inner city since 1983 Food on the Corner Society Jesus said ‘Feed my sheep’  John 21:17
We meet at the truck parked behind Thrifty’s  in Tsawwassen at 9:30am Saturdays to pick up volunteers & supplies
the truck is loaded and ready to go
we drive downtown and meet other volunteers  at 222 Main Street in Vancouver  where the service begins at 11am
for about 200 men & women
on the Corner
about six to eight people serve at the tables
while some serve soup others sing or hand out clothing or pour refreshments   (lower left corner)
cleaning up on the Corner
Any food left over we take to various  downtown shelters like * The Dugout for men * Bridge House for Women * The Womens Centre * Triage Emergency Services & Care Society
and then there’s the fellowship
 
And the partying
Sunfest parade the Christmas party summer barbeque we’re just a fun bunch of people
