Green Farm Fitness is a boutique country fitness retreat located in Kent, England. It is owned by MaryAnn and Martin Richmond-Coggan and offers all-inclusive fitness weekends led by top London trainer Kathryn Freeland. Guests stay in the luxury restored country house and participate in two daily outdoor exercise sessions designed by Kathryn. All meals are home-cooked using local and home-grown ingredients. In their free time, guests can explore the 25 acre grounds, relax in the sauna or gardens, or visit nearby historic and cultural sites. The goal is to help guests lose weight and start a healthy lifestyle in a peaceful country setting.
