• Observation of Mila in your residence
• Interview with you at your residence
• Consultation with State of Maine Computer Crime Lab
• Consultation with Maine Drug Enforcement Agency
• Consultation with Dr. Karen Simone
• Consultation with Dr. Carl Baum
• Consultation with NMS laboratory
• Conversation with South Portland Police
After reviewing all the information DHHS is UNSUBSTANTIATING both the neglect and sexual abuse
allegations_
OUf agency would still like to offer a one time meeting between you and Lori facilitated by an
independent mediator if this is something you are interested in. DHHS will cover the mediator's
expense for this meeting.
