- 1. Fantastic reception options I typically seek out event approaches that are unique and out of the box. I find that Youtube is usually a very good source of this sort of ideas. All you need to do is browse through Youtube and do a search for "party tips" and you can find many hours worth of clips with a large number of fantastic ideas. The issue is, who exactly has time to view them all? So I am on a constant mission to collect some notes in order to save me and also hopefully other people some time.
