3. 25 Kasama rin doon ang isang babaing
labindalawang taon nang dinudugo.
26 Hirap na hirap na siya sa sakit na iyon,
at marami nang doktor ang sumuri sa
kanya. Naubos na ang kanyang ari-arian
sa pagpapagamot ngunit hindi pa rin siya
gumagaling. Sa halip, lalo pang lumala ang
kanyang karamdaman.
4. 27 Nabalitaan niya ang tungkol kay Jesus
kaya't nakipagsiksikan siya hanggang sa
makalapit sa likuran ni Jesus, at hinipo ang
damit nito,
28 sapagkat iniisip niyang: "mahipo ko
lang ang kanyang damit, gagaling na ako."
5. 29 Agad ngang tumigil ang kanyang
pagdurugo at naramdaman niyang
magaling na siya.
30 Naramdaman naman ni Jesus na may
kapangyarihang lumabas sa kanya, kaya't
bumaling siya agad sa mga tao at
nagtanong, "Sino ang humipo sa aking
damit?"
6. 31 Sumagot ang kanyang mga alagad,
"Nakikita po ninyong napakaraming
nagsisiksikan sa paligid ninyo, bakit pa
ninyo itinatanong kung sino ang humipo sa
damit ninyo?"
32 Subalit patuloy na lumingun-lingon si
Jesus sa paghahanap sa kung sinong
humipo sa damit niya
7. 33 Palibhasa'y alam ng babae ang
nangyari, siya'y nanginginig sa takot na
lumapit kay Jesus, nagpatirapa, at
ipinagtapat ang buong katotohanan.
34 Subalit sinabi sa kanya ni
Jesus, "Anak, pinagaling ka ng iyong
pananampalataya. Umuwi ka na at
ipanatag mo ang iyong kalooban. Ikaw ay
magaling na."
8. 46 Dumating sina Jesus sa Jerico. Nang
papaalis na siya sa Jerico kasama ang
kanyang mga alagad at marami pang iba,
may nadaanan silang isang bulag na
nakaupo sa tabi ng daan at namamalimos.
Siya'y si Bartimeo na anak ni Timeo.
9. 47 Nang marinig ng bulag na ang
nagdaraan ay si Jesus na taga-Nazaret,
sumigaw siya nang sumigaw, "Jesus, Anak
ni David, mahabag po kayo sa akin!"
48 Pinagsabihan siya ng mga taong
naroroon upang tumahimik, ngunit lalo pa
siyang nagsisigaw, "Anak ni David,
mahabag po kayo sa akin!"
10. 49 Tumigil si Jesus at kanyang sinabi,
"Dalhin ninyo siya rito."At tinawag nga nila
ang bulag. "Lakasan mo ang iyong loob.
Tumayo ka. Ipinapatawag ka ni Jesus,"
sabi nila.
50 Inihagis niya ang kanyang balabal,
paluksong tumayo at lumapit kay Jesus.
11. 51 "Ano ang gusto mong gawin ko para
sa iyo?" tanong sa kanya ni Jesus.
Sumagot ang bulag, "Guro, gusto ko
pong makakitang muli."
52 Sinabi ni Jesus, "Kung gayon,
magaling ka na dahil sa iyong
pananampalataya."
Noon di'y nakakita siyang muli, at
sumunod kay Jesus.
12. “Dahil sa pananampalataya sa Diyos, si
Abel ay nag-alay ng mas mabuting handog
kaysa sa inihandog ni Cain. Kaya naman, si
Abel ay kinilalang matuwid nang tanggapin
ng Diyos ang kanyang handog. Kahit patay
na siya, nagsasalita pa siya sa
pamamagitan ng kanyang
pananampalataya sa Diyos.”
13. 24 Dahil sa pananampalataya sa Diyos,
tumanggi si Moises, nang siya'y mayroon
nang sapat na gulang, na tawagin siyang
anak ng prinsesang anak ng hari.
25 Inibig pa niyang makihati sa
kaapihang dinaranas ng bayan ng Diyos
kaysa magtamasa ng mga panandaliang
aliw ng mundong ito na dulot ng
kasalanan.
14. 26 Itinuring niyang higit na mahalaga ang
pagtitiis sa hirap dahil sa Mesiyas kaysa
ang mga kayamanan ng Egipto; sapagkat
nakatuon ang kanyang paningin sa mga
gantimpala sa hinaharap.
15. 13 Sa kabila ng lahat ng ito, isa lamang
ang aking masasabi: Matakot ka sa Diyos
at sundin mo ang kanyang mga utos
sapagkat ito ang buong katungkulan ng
tao.
14 Lahat ng gawin natin, hayag man o
lihim, mabuti o masama ay ipagsusulit
natin sa Diyos.
