The analyses revealed that the fruit has high moisture content (69%) and significant levels of flavonoids and tannins, alongside lower levels of phenols and saponins, indicating its nutritional potential. It is recommended that the fruit be boiled to reduce toxicants before consumption, highlighting the need for further exploration of its suitability as a dietary supplement.
