3. 1. RULE ONE. PREAMBLE:
• Regarding youth:
• The ETF will promote the representation of
young transport workers at all levels and
their active partitipation in their activities.
4. 4. RULE FOUR. GOVERNING
BODIES AND INSTITUTIONS:
– National delegations should ensure the
participation of young workers. Each
delegation consisting of more than five
persons shall aim to include at least one
young worker.
– Congress shall confirm the nominations
made by the Youth Committee for
representation on the ETF Executive
Committee.
5. 6. RULE SIX. EXECUTIVE
COMMITTEE
–The Youth Committee take
part of the Executive Board
–3 representatives of
European young workers
confirmed by Congress.
6. RULE VIII: The Sections
• Each Section shall, not later than at its last
meeting before and Ordinary Congress
elect, for a period of your years, a Chair,
Vice chairs, a woman representative who
shall also be a member of the ETF
Women’s Commitee and a young
representative who shall also be a
member of the ETF youth commitee
7. RULE IX. WOMEN’S COMITTEE
AND CONFERENCE
• There shall be an ETF
Women’s Commitee which sall
consist on:
–One woman representative from
each Section and from the
Youth Commitee
8. RULE IX A: YOUTH COMMITTEE
AN CONFERENCE
• There shall be an ETF Youth Commitee
which shall consist of trade union
reresentatives aged bellow 35 years as
follows:
– One young rep from each Section
– 12 young workers electer by the ETF YW
Conference taking into account the need for a
regional, industrial and gender balance, and
including them in the EB
9. RULE IX A: YOUTH COMMITTEE
AN CONFERENCE
• The Youth Commitee Shall:
– Deal with all questions of importance to young
transport workers including ETF youth policies
– Have the right to put forward proposals and
resolutions to the EC, the Section and the
Congress
– Propose to the Congress 2 young workers to
be elected to the EC…
