HELLO EVERYONE!
TODAY WE’RE GOING TO MAKE SOME
PANCAKES WITH THE RECIPE FROM
ESTONIA.
LET’S SEE IF WE CAN MAKE THEM.
WE NEED :
2 EGGS,
1 TABLESPOON OF WHITE SUGAR,
A LITTLE BIT SALT
A HALF CUP OF ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR,
TWO AND HALF GLASSES OF MILK
AND ONE TABLESPOON OF OIL.
WE MUST WHISK TOGETHER
EGGS,
SUGAR
AND SALT.
THEN WE ADD
FLOUR
INTO THE BOWL
AND POUR
ALL MILK.
NOW IT’S MIXING TIME!
WE PUT SOME BATTER INTO
THE PAN.
A PANCAKE IS READY WHEN IT
GETS LIGHTLY BROWNED.
AND THESE ARE OUR ESTONIAN
PANCAKES!
AND NOW WE CAN EAT THEM ALL!
