2. Entrust Datacard is the new brand that represents the coming together of two key players in the trusted identity and secure payments space. The joint company has over $600M in annual revenue and is highly profitable. We have over 2,000 employees in over 34 worldwide locations, servicing customers in over 150 countries Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota Company is privately held by an owner that has a very long term view of the company. This allows us to make long term investments in markets we see opportunities.

Our primary markets are in payments and informaiton security In the payments space we have a dominant market share of close to 90% globally on software and hardware issuance of payment cards In the information sscurity space Entrust Datacard has long been a leader key security technologies around authentication, encryption, digital certificate, SSL and physical logical credentials
4. Entrust Datacard services customers in the consumer, citizen and enterpriese markets. Our focus is delivering experiences in these areas that help our customers and their customers, whether it is a banking customer, a citizen or an employee.
5. In the consumer space we are focused on helping our financial and retail customers create experience for their customers that help them drive revenue, build customer loyalty and ensure security.
6. In payments we are focused on driving customer loyalty and satisfaction by delivering in-branch instant issuance sollutions. This allows bank or retail customers to receive new and replacement payment cards instantly. Delivering happy customers and increased revenue for the bank. For Bureaus ~ the company’s that actually print the big batch runs of payment cards we help them delivery high impact cards and mailings that can help the bank build brands and move further up in the front of the wallet. We can then leverage security solutions that leverage mobile to safegaurd the transactions of the bank customers. Especially important as the US moves to EMV which will move fraud from card present to card not present transactions. Our software and mobile solutions can help give consumers the XXXXXX they need to feel their transactions are safe. Our solutions come together to provide a true omni channel expereince.
7. We have a full portfolio of solutions to drive that omni channel experience. With our broad portflo we are able to offer our banking and retail customers with robust customer soluitions that are future proof as we continue to invest and innovate across these platforms.
8. In the citizen space we are focused on empowering governments with the identity solutions they need to secure borders, protect citizens and provide online services. Entrust Datacard brings not only technology but intellectual expertise in helping governments ensure citizens can move around the world securely and have access to critical government programs and services
9. Some of our key solutions in this area are, Secure credentials, from new ePassoorts to national id and government program cards. These secure credentials allow government to provide secure travel around the globe, validation at national borders and speed government program allocations. Our strong classic card based credentials and our newer mobile based authenticators allow governement workers to not only have secure access to facilities but now stronger authentication allows for logical authentication and the ability to leverage mobile. Our new solution for mobile as the new desktop allows government employs to leverage tablets, mobile smart phones and other devices to access their mission critical applications, anywhere, anytime.

Like the consumer market, Entrust Datacard maintains strong market share in this growing market.
11. In the enterprise space we are ensure enterprises have the security and agility they need while moving to the cloud. Company's are quickly moving applications to the cloud. Security is critical to that move. This will take time and not all apps will go to the cloud. Enterprises need solutions that can handle different environments. We’reuniquelypositionedtoprovidetheessentialelementsoftrustedidentityasour customers shifttothecloud.

Some of our key solutions in this area are, Like in the government space we are well positioned with solutions that help enterprises secure applications for their employees, partners and customers. Entrust Datacard has a rich heritage of providing strong authentication and credentialing solutions. These have evolved to go beyond people to devices and things. For devices, Entrust Datacard solutions let enterprises drive security productivity and employee satisfaction with mobile security solutions. These solutions allow employees, partners and customers to have realtime access to the applications and resources they need to do their job or interact with the company. We are one of the biggest players in the SSL market, which provides encryption and authentication for websites. Dramatically increasing trust on the Web and the transactions that cross it. Our solutions also help with mission critical applications across the IoT (Internet of things). We have leveraged our certificate based solutions in the past to assist things on the network identify themselves. We are out in front of this trend and will be delivering key capabilities for IoT in the near future.
13. Our portfolio of authentication, encryption, digital certificates, SSL and secure credential issuance solutions empower enterprises to meet both current and evolving identity challenges. Today we announced our new Authentication Service. This new Authentication as a Service offering will allow banks, governments and enterprises to bring strong authentication and security to their in house as well as hosted cloud apps. Helping them speed delivery with stronger security. This adds on to our hosted SSL service and Managed Services PKI, which are now over $50M in bookings annually, with significant growth rates. With this new offering we are the company that can make it easy for our customers to implement trusted identity across today’s complex environments.
