The researcher is a doctoral student at Capella University.
To: Research study to explore empowerment and the
perceptions of African American women working in Higher
Education.
Who: African American women who are working or have
worked at colleges and universities in the roles of:
Provost, President, Vice-President, Dean, Department
Chair, Division Chair, or Director
Participants will attend an 1 hour audiotaped interview to
discuss their experiences.
