What is Emiratization?

Emiratization is regarded as an initiative by the
government of the United Arab Emirates to employ
its citizens in a meaningful and efficient manner in
the public and private sectors. However,
Emiratization means so much more than this.
How is Emiratization
supported?

Emiratization is a concept that incorporates
values, systems, ownership and cooperation:
 Sharing the values of the Emirates as a global community living
day to day the vision of the Emirati Leaders.
 Exercising the systems that have been created for the Emirates
as a global community.
 Creating opportunities for Emiratis to view ownership as
becoming active citizens within the Emirates as a global
community.
 Enhancing cooperation among individuals to function in a oneworld environment intellectually, professionally and culturally.
