This document provides information on various performance evaluation methods that can be used to evaluate an emergency management specialist. It discusses 12 different methods including management by objectives, critical incident method, behaviorally anchored rating scales, behavioral observation scales, 360 degree appraisal, and checklist and weighted checklist method. For each method, it provides a brief overview and highlights some key advantages and disadvantages.
