Some documents from April 2011 are still awaiting resolution while the majority of inputs, around 981 documents, were received between the 18th and 19th of the current month in an effort to meet this month's targets.

1. Some of the documents are waiting for resolution which was raised on 21-Apr-2011.
2. The bulk of the inputs (981 documents) are received on 18 & 19th, in order to achieve this
month target.
