Electric screw press is widely used for forging parts in
the field of machine, automobile, hardware, coal
machinery and aerospace, it can be used for die
forging, precision forging, trimming, calibration
processes, it is one kind of popular forging equipment.
J58K series CNC electric screw press adopts long slider
and long guide rail orientation form; achieve high
precision and strong overload and unbalance load
resistance.
J58k series CNC electric screw press control system
adopts SIEMENS PLC and ABB frequency converter,
with high reliability, excellent performance.
4. WORKING SCREW PRESS :-
4
Electric screw press: The electric screw
press applies pressure through the
movement of the screw mechanism, and its
pressure control is more precise and stable. At
the same time, the electric screw press can
easily adjust the pressure and processing
parameters to adapt to different production
needs.
After input start signal, motor from stationary
state drives slides to accelerate downwards
through pinion and gearwheel, motor stop
accelerating after reaching required speed by
pre-set blow energy, Kinetic energy stored by
gearwheel works, e.g. forming work.

6. 1.Press energy can be set accurately, with high precision and small tolerance, especially suitable for precision
forging.
2.Die working life longer than friction press because the die not bear extra pressure.
3.Reduce power consumption because the flywheel energy recovery device.
4.Simple structure, low failure rate, easy maintenance,
5.It's easy to realize automatic forging production working with robot.
6.The variable frequency drive technology avoid impacting the power grid and other equipment running.
7.Stroke adjusting quickly and position is correct.
