Drivers are protected from driver harassment as soon as the
ELD is in use.
ELD user documents must be kept in the vehicle at all times.
ELD supporting documents, phase 2, is in effect.
ELD data retention must begin.

AOBRD or ELD the violation will be cited, and a
driver could be fined, but they won’t be put out of
service. Companies that continually violate the rule
could be subject to federal investigation as well."
