but there is need in :

to spend time namely in this
institution.
OUTCOMES
Modernization is required and reforming should concern both formal and
informal systems of cultural education.
New education programs focused on the creative skills needed for economic
as well as social progress.
Partnership between city administration and the public through the
innovation projects can open new channels to take a creative look at the
established ways of life
