This document discusses Work Package 5 which deals with the exchange of documents and data as well as electronic payments between judicial authorities across borders in Europe. The work package will analyze current processes, define requirements for interoperability, and analyze existing standards. It will also analyze scenarios for integrating pilot projects with an e-justice portal. The goal is to provide a concept for implementing pilots that test secure exchange of documents, data, and electronic payments between EU member state judicial systems.
