2. Mont Kiara 11
11 Mont Kiara is a modern condominium within the sought-after
Mont Kiara vicinity. Sunrise claims that it will be an exclusive 6-star
high-end residential development boasting both scale and grandeur.
It is the first residential project in the country to be crowned
Singapore's Green Mark certification.
11 Mont Kiara comprises five 43-storey towers that sprawl over a
6.7-acre site. There are a total of 339 units of condos housed within
the entire 5 blocks, with only 2 units per floor. Each unit is served
by four private lifts. There are a few layouts available, from normal
units, super-deluxe units, junior penthouses and penthouses, each
