This document summarizes a student lab project to build an LED chaser/sequencer circuit. It describes the group members, materials used, the PCB layout, circuit diagram, and operation of the circuit which uses a CD4017 decade counter IC and 555 timer IC to generate a frequency that is sent to the display section. Applications include creating lighting animation sequences for advertising and promotion.
