What are Steps 1 and 2
to obtain the Green Card ?
1. File a Form I-526, Petition by Alien
Entrepreneur
2. Upon approval of the Form I-526
petition, either:
a. File a Form I-485, Application
to Register Permanent Residence
or Adjust Status, with USCIS to
adjust status to conditional
permanent resident within the
United States, or
b. File a DS-230, Application for
Immigrant Visa and Alien
Registration, with the Department
of State to obtain an EB-5 visa for
admission to the United States.

What are Steps 3 and 4
to obtain the EB-5 Green
Card?
3. The EB-5 investor (and his or her
derivative family members) is granted
conditional permanent residence for a
two-year period upon the approval of the
I-485 application or upon entry into the
United States with an EB-5 immigrant
visa.
4. File Form I-829, Petition by Entrepreneur
to Remove Conditions, 90 days prior to
the two-year anniversary of the granting
of the EB-5 investor’s conditional
resident status (Green Card). If USCIS
approves this petition, the conditions are
removed from the EB-5 applicant’s status
and the EB-5 investor and derivative
family members will be allowed to
permanently live and work in the United
States [and will be issued permanent
Green Cards.]

• Yes. You can obtain up to 2 additional
Travel Documents (Reentry Permits).
Each Travel Document is valid for 2
years. With proper planning and legal
advice you may use the Travel
Documents to stay in China for a total
of 4 additional years, provided that
you can show that you have no
intention of abandoning or have not
abandoned your legal permanent
residence in the USA. You should
consult an attorney to review the
specific factors that will apply in your
case that would allow you to reside in
China and in the United States. Each
family’s circumstances are different.
在我取得我的 EB-5 绿卡之后，
