Alternatywne Lokalne Tożsamości to propozycja poszukania innych niż te najbardziej znane, klasyczne i oczywiste opowieści o miejscach, ludziach i wydarzeniach z danego terenu i danej wspólnoty. W ramach projektu młodzież z okolicy, wyposażona w etnograficzne i reporterskie narzędzia, będzie miała możliwość odnalezienia interesujących dla niej tropów, a następnie przetworzenia zasłyszanych historii w rodzaj wystawy, instalacji performatywnej. Ostatecznie, w efekcie twórczej pracy nad opowieściami, powstanie żywe archiwum czy też muzeum społeczne, mające na celu pokazywać bogactwo i różnorodność wzorców, źródeł i inspirujących sytuacji danego regionu.
Projekt "DIY. Tryb warunkowy" dofinansowano ze środków Ministerstwa Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego.
