Viking River Cruises is offering a new training programme for its staff. The programme will provide comprehensive training for all crew members to ensure passengers receive excellent service. Trainees will learn all aspects of passenger service including hospitality skills, product knowledge, health and safety practices, and cultural awareness.

As a result of Wais Box and other microsavings strategies, 1st Valley Bank has experienced tremendous growth in deposits, loans, assets, branches, and profitability from 1999 to 2010. The program has helped many small savers pursue livelihood, education, and consumption goals.
