This proposal outlines plans for a drone delivery depot in Oakland, California called Drone Delivery Depot. The depot would be located in a renovated historical building and function like a beehive by establishing a colony of delivery drones. Drones would pursue door-to-door delivery between local businesses and customers to maximize access and minimize transportation costs and time. The depot aims to benefit the community by providing accessible local jobs, expanding access to goods in food deserts, and reducing air pollution from vehicle deliveries.
What do medicine, batteries, and forgotten anniversary gifts have in common? Top line results of a poll I did on drone delivery service - how much would you pay?
The poll asked three simple questions:
1. What’s the maximum amount you would be willing to pay for a package delivered by drone?
2. Which of ten items would you want delivered in 30 minutes?
3. Under what circumstance would you need something so quickly that you’d pay top dollar for it?
Drones are a different kind of new technology from what we’re used to. They offer something else: the conquest of physical space, the extension of society’s compass, the ability to be anywhere and see anything.
For the past few years, one of the most exciting class of gadgets on display has been drones. They got cheaper, lighter, and easier to use even as they became more powerful.
We believe 2015 is an important year for drones as they will change how brands interact with consumers in both advertising and events, and here's everything you need to know about the drone technology.

Food port presentation in format mitchell & finnSteven M. Finn
Presentation of FoodPort -- a global food waste reduction initiative -- by Mark Mitchell (Supercool AP) and Steven Finn (ResponsEcology/UPenn) at Carrier/United Technologies Corp.'s third annual World Cold Chain Summit in SIngapore (December, 2016). FoodPort is a concept for development of a facility which serves as the "go to" location to efficiently take, redirect, and process excess food according to all levels of the EPA food recovery hierarchy. It draws on the concept of valuation that exists in air travel and hospitals today.
Urban air-mobility is need of today. This article helps in understanding about urban air-mobility and its market future. Factors that may affect its growth. Latest research and development by different companies. Scope of our report and different purchasing option we give to our customers.
Concept paper on FoodPort - a Global Food Waste Reduction Initiative -- delivered by Mark Mitchell (Supercool AP) and Steven M. Finn (ResponsEcology/University of Pennsylvania) at Carrier/United Technologies' 3rd annual World Cold Chain Summit in Singapore (December, 2016).
Business opportunities with the aerospace industry in Mexico. you will learn who is already manufacturing in the region and opportunities to join their supply chain.
Additionally, you will get a free pass for a Commercial Mission in key aerospace clusters.
5 reasons to use Schiphol as the preferred logistics gateway to EuropeSchiphol Cargo
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Europe’s preferred airport, is located in the heart of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, an important international logistics hub.
The fast, efficient and safe cargo process at the airport is driven by continual supply-chain innovation, close cooperation with the entire cargo community
and the added-value knowledge and expertise of our team. Schiphol is optimally connected by air, sea, rail and road. Access to all main European commercial
and industrial centres is fast and easy. Over 150 logistics service providers have operations situated at or in the direct vicinity of Amsterdam Airport
Schiphol.

Our proposal is a honeybee
biomimicry approach to the
distribution industry.
We designed an integrated facility
that acts as a beehive where our
delivery drone colony can be
established and developed.
Our distribution plan mimics a worker
bee’s pollination path, where the
drones pursue door-to-door delivery
between businesses and patrons to
maximize customer access and
minimize product packaging,
trucking, and delivery time.
Delivery services: mail and packages,
food orders and groceries, consumer
products and medical supplies
