Respondent sent Petitioner for an IME, where the doctor found Petitioner had reached MMI and could return to work, but Petitioner's treating doctors disagreed. Petitioner was terminated before returning to work and later found employment with the VA. The arbitrator must determine if Petitioner's condition was causally related to the work incident and the benefits owed.
