The Multicultural Resource Center Presents
The Multicultural Resource Center introduces the Diversity Fellowship Program,
which provides mentorship, diversity education, and research funding for
select Amherst College students as they create and execute unique projects
that advance conversations, catalyze changes in institutional structures and
policies, and give voice to unearthed issues concerning inclusion, social
equity, and community building at Amherst College and beyond.
Our Spring 2016 Fellows are Esteban Uceda ‘19, Irisdelia Garcia ‘18,
and Young-Ji Cho ‘18. Their projects include a critical look into
allyship, an examination of the experience of students of color in
The Arts at Amherst, and an investigation into Asian students
access to campus resources.
