2. “crossed” – hands and eyes
I chose to cross the hands to show emotion in the hands and to create a message

3. “branches over water” - fall
I chose to capture the reflection in the water behind the branches to create
depth and visual interest

4. “flame” - colour
I love the way the flame looks and the contrast between the bright flame and
the dark of the background

5. “pines” - winter
The contrast between the white snow and the dark tree I thought was lovely
and wanted to capture it

6. “rays” – scavenger hunt
I loved the way the sunlight was coming through the branches of the tree abnd the
contrast it created

7. “carscape” – shutter speed
The blurry background makes the car stand out and adds visual interest

8. “coffee” - formalism
The contrast is beautiful and the light and all its different spectrums is
captured well

9. “farm” - colourizing
I like how simple this photo is and how there are snippets of colour being
captured through editing
