Project Conway developed a web application of Conway's Game of Life by Michael Wilson, Niklas Scholz, Richard Lancaster, and Geoff Dodds from the University of Kent School of Computing. The application allows users to play the Game of Life on any device by running the game one generation at a time on an infinite grid where the board wraps around at the edges, applying the standard rules simultaneously to every cell. It was built as a web application that can be accessed from any device with a medium or extra-small display through a display adapter connecting the database to a serial display interface.
