While the realm of Management Consulting is vast and a number of
firms provide a range of advisory services – starting from niche areas
to general management domains – what differentiates us is our
practitioner’s approach where we don’t limit ourselves only to
advisory and rather prefer to stay on till envisaged benefits are
realized and final outcomes are delivered. We bring in huge
experience across industry verticals and geographies which make us
confident enough to put our neck into the stake when it comes to
achieving envisaged benefits and values.

Editor's Notes

  • #5 Key concepts: DevOps recognizes that traditional approaches to application development and IT operations are not meeting the accelerated demand for IT services Ten years ago we weren’t talking about things like virtualization and cloud computing on the massive scale we are today Cloud computing, the consumerization of IT (BYOD, BYOA, BYOI) and mobile have prompted a paradigm shift IT must meet the accelerated demand We can’t sacrifice quality, however, to go faster DevOps responds to the demands of stakeholders for an increased rate of production releases
  • #11 DevOps enables organizations to balance what have historically been opposing goals
