Our client, TONG ZONGQUAN (BILL CHEN), endorsed to us the matter of your
long overdue accountability totaling to SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE
AND 50/100 (US$6,935.50) US DOLLARS representing the value of merchandise
(athletic wear) delivered to you.
Despite our client’s several demands and your promises to pay the account, you
have reneged on you promises and refused to pay the account up to the present.
In view thereof, you are hereby given ten (10) days from receipt hereof to pay
the foregoing amount of US$6,935.50, plus 2% interest starting May 2012, and 10%
collection fee; otherwise, we shall be constrained to file the necessary legal action(s)
against your goodself to collect the foregoing amount, plus 25% attorney’s fees thereon
as well as litigation expenses.
